Clearwater Newborn Photographer

What can I say… I was so honored to photograph this little guy and he will hold a special place in my heart forever. MANY years ago when I was 18 I started working at a preschool as a one year old teacher.  The first little face I saw was quite possibly the cutest little girl I had ever seen in a yellow tutu. Oh how she captured my heart!  I became friends with the little girls mom and stayed close to the little girl throughout the years.  Our families shared many memories as the years went on, weddings, celebrations, birthdays, etc… Those memories hold a special place in heart and when the little girls mom passed away many years later I was heartbroken not only for the loss in my life but for the little girl as well.  But NOW, the little girl in the yellow tutu has her own new baby and I was honored to capture his first few days of birth for her.  He was truly so precious and I know his grandma is looking down from above with the most love in her heart keeping watch over him and his mommy.

BRRRRR! (tampa high school senior photographer)

BRRRR! But she ROCKED it!  You would never know that it was windy and COLD on the beach this night!  This high school senior was SO much fun and so was her family that joined us to keep us company!  She was willing to do anything and in between warming up in a jacket braved the cold in short sleeves and tank tops!  She even got a little wet in the water… just a little but I know it was SO cold!  And a shout out to the class of 2011…the end of the year is fast approaching so if you live or travel to Tampa, Clearwater or surrounding areas…. get your groove on and schedule your Senior sessions with TGP NOW! :)

Mini holiday session post! (tampa, family photographer)

I try not to blog to many holiday sessions since I know many of the images end up on Christmas cards and I certainly don’t want to spoil any of those surprises.  So, after I am sure everyone has received their cards I like to post a little preview of some of the holiday sessions I was lucky enough to photograph.  There were lots of mini sessions and full family sessions and there is no way to share all of them but here are some fun ones that I thought you might enjoy.

High School Senior and generation pictures (tampa, clearwater photographer)

This lovely family traveled all the way from Tennessee just for me! Well, maybe not JUST for me but pictures were definitely in the plans!  I am so honored to photograph this young lady at this special time in her life as she enters her senior year of High School.  They even brought “Gigi” for the fun.  Love the generation pictures!

Since almost every family member I have lives up in the cold artic of Minnesota and all my cousins have new children and families I LOVE it when they come to visit and I can capture some family moments for them.  I watch all their “babies” grow up via facebook and am always wishing I was able to help capture their memories through the camera!  You might have seen a few more sneak peaks of this session if you are a TGP Fan on facebook but here are some new ones for “the blog” :)

Leslie!  I have been getting my hair done by Leslie for many years now.  I don’t know why it has taken me so long to tell everyone about her.  Her salon is awesome and she has the best web site www.got2haveglam.com.  I mean really what hair stylist has their own web site.  There are few coupons on it under “specials” .  Anyway, she is AWESOME with color and styling and is always on the “cutting edge” (like that:)) of all the new styles, colors and products!  Make an appointment and tell her I sent you!
